Ingredients:
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1 can of artichoke bottoms (or hearts)
1 8 oz block of cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Thaw frozen chopped spinach in microwave and squeeze out excess water
Place block of cream cheese in microwave for about 30 seconds to soften
Chop artichoke bottoms (or hearts) into small pieces
Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir well
Cook in crock pot (covered) on high for 2 hours (until starting to bubble), stirring occasionally
Serve with french bread, pita chips, tortilla chips, or sweet peppers
